Conductive foam metal wool is extremely light in weight. The nickel framework is hollow and connected with each other in metallurgical state. The porosity is up to 96-98%, and it has a large specific surface area
Conductive foam metal wool:
1. Nickel purity: ≥ 97%
2.The porosity is≥96%
3.Tensile strength>1Mpa
4.The aperture is 0.2-0.6mm
5. Pore density:10ppi to 120ppi
6.Thickness ranges from 0.3mm to 1.9mm
7.Flexibility: Wrap a round rod with a diameter of 6mm and unfold it without breaking
8.The appearance is silver gray with a metallic luster and free from dirt.
Conductive foam metal woolKey Features:
1. Ultra lightweight, with a nickel skeleton that is hollow and metallurgically interconnected, with a porosity of up to 96-98% and a large specific surface area.
2. Sound absorption: Due to its irregular porous structure, it has strong wideband sound absorption characteristics.
3. Electronic wave shielding: Shielding around 90dB of electronic waves through a relatively thin thickness.
4. Fire resistance: Maintain stable shape and are difficult to burn at high temperatures.
5. Recycling: Metal waste can be 100% recycled.
6. Thermal conductivity: Metal porous materials have strong thermal conductivity.
7. Resistant to various acid and alkali corrosion, with good permeability and uniform pore structure.
Application Domain:
1. Mainly used as electrode material for batteries. The working temperature of molten carbonate fuel cell is generally 550-700 ℃, and foam nickel can be used as the electro catalyst of molten carbonate fuel cell. Foam nickel can be used as bipolar plate modification material of proton exchange membrane cell (PEMFC), electrode relay feeder of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC), and electrode material in electrolysis (such as in water electrolyte environment).
2. Other applications include hydrogen storage media and heat exchange media.
