The DBS Deep Bed Filtration System (Heavy-Duty Purification Equipment) is designed to be placed outside rooms equipped with electronic control systems, providing clean, pressurized air to protect electronic equipment from corrosion. It can be used to treat exhaust gases and tail gases in industrial environments to protect the atmospheric environment.The system consists of: a pre-filter section + a fan section + two 12-inch deep vertical chemical filter beds (filled with chemical filter media) + a pre-filter section.

DBS Deep Bed Filtration System


(Heavy-duty purification equipment) Designed for placement outside rooms equipped with electronic control systems, providing clean, pressurized air to protect electronic equipment from corrosion. It can be used for treating workshop exhaust gases and tail gases in industrial environments to protect the atmospheric environment.


Structure

Composition: Pre-filter section + fan section + two vertical chemical filter beds (filled with chemical filter media) with a depth of 12 inches + pre-filter section

DBS Deep Bed Filtration System


Features

1. Low air velocity and deep bed design increase the residence time of pollutants in the system (1.2-3.0s), improving removal efficiency (90.0%).


2. Up to four filter bed layers increase the selectivity of filter media and enhance gas removal capacity.


3. In air conditioning circulation systems, it can be integrated with other filtration systems (RU and SAH).


4. Low energy consumption design saves on system operating costs.


Applications: Primarily used for filtering high concentrations of harmful gases in the air (such as acidic gases, alkaline gases, VOCs, etc.). 


Applicable in industrial fields with severe air pollution, such as chemical plants, electronics factories, pulp and paper mills, refineries, and wastewater treatment plants.
